Ana Maria Udroiu is an actress based in Bucharest, Romania. She received her Master of Arts degree in 2013 from the East 15 Acting shool of London, Great Britain.
She currently works as an actress at the Excelsior Theatre. In the past years she has worked in both film and television, having various roles in the sketch comedy show “In Puii Mei”. In 2017 she had the chance to be a part of Corin Hardy’s blockbuster The Nun. Then, along with three other actresses, she has written and acted in CASTiNG, a comedy web series about four struggling actresses living in Bucharest. The first season (with subtitles) is on the YouTube channel Casting Series. In 2018 she was cast as Brenda in The Cleansing Hour, a horror film directed by Damien LeVeck starring Kyle Gallner and Ryan Guzman, which had its premiere at the SITGES Film Festival.
In theater, her latest projects include musicals, such as the Broadway version of The Addams Family (role of Wednesday) and The Threepenny Opera (role of Lucy Brown), and plays such as Almost, Maine and Punk Rock.
As a dubbing actress has been cast as Rey in the Star Wars trilogy, Gwen in Spider Man: Into the Spider-verse, Gabby Gabby in Toy Story 4, Jailbreak in Emoji Movie, Eep in The Croods, Sabine in Stars Wars Rebels and Beatrice in Over the Garden Wall.
